The Baden Firematics BSA Post #441 is an organization within the Baden Volunteer Fire Department under the Boy Scouts of America. This program allows young adults ages 14 and up to begin a career in fire training. Fire explorers, or Firematics, are educated on the aspects of fire service and procedures, trained with hands on tactical practices, and taught about teamwork and community service at a professional level. For anyone interested in the fire service, this is a great opportunity to gain a feel for the profession, while absorbing information used in every day life.
